工艺原理：
实心铝O型圈由铝AL1060（铝合金6061）丝棒弯曲、熔接而成。热塑化金属管端面，锻压参透熔接，通过精确的尺寸、形状控制成型。通常使用软金属材料加工而成。熔接处理，接口焊缝肉眼不可见。

行业应用：
铝O型圈使用在常温、低温等工况，弥补传统橡胶、塑料等材质密封件的理化性能的不足处。实心铝O型圈通常无弹性或较低，一般不适用大温差循环工况。金属圈表面可镀层，增加密封性。可通过退火降低铝圈硬度。
法兰盖板和凹槽的硬度通常要比密封圈高，针对硬金属密封圈，需要较高的法兰锁紧力。针对软金属密封圈，需要考虑材质流动及法兰深度台阶限位。
